Summer Housing

(from June 13 - July 18, 2017 - Subject to Changes)

Housing registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • $40 per twin bed per night, sharing one bath with 3 others, plus 4.712% tax
  • $160 per room with 4 beds and one bath, plus 4.712% tax
  • Check-in time:             3:00 p.m.      
  • Check-out time:          10:00 a.m.
    • Late check-outs:  Requests for late check-outs will be considered if space is available.  Requests for late check-out times and fees will be assessed on a case by case basis.
  • Deposit for single guest - $50 per person
  • Deposit for groups - 20% of total cost
    Deposit will be refunded if no fees are assessed according to guidelines and agreement. Allow 10 working days for receipt of refund check.
  • Meals are not included with accommodations but are available for purchase at the Cafeteria or Seasider Snack Bar.

  • All rooms include linen (mattress pad, fitted and flat sheets, pillow and pillow case, light blanket and towel) for each guest.
  • Cancellations/Refunds must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to your booking date and will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations after this date will be charged one night's stay for each room reserved.  Reservations are NON REFUNDABLE once booking dates start.
  • Group rates are available for academic or ecclesiastical purposes (50 or more).
