Santa's Workshop Vendor Showcase

Join us in the Christmas celebration! BYU-Hawaii Educational Outreach will be hosting our annual Christmas Lighting event on November 29, 2017.

We are currently seeking for vendors to participate in the festivities. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please review the application HERE.  This is the LINK to the fillable form. Payments for booth fees are taken in cash or credit card only at the Cashier's Office. Booth spaces are assigned once all items of your application have been turned in. (Spaces are subject to change.) We plan on having free pictures with Santa and a surprise character on your own device, movies & free popcorn, crafts & games and goody bags for the kids. Our hope is for the crowd from the annual Christmas Lighting Program along with the specials and awesome activities we will start our Christmas season with a bang!

The following are elements needed to complete your application:

1) Vendor Application Form

2) Signed Vendor Assumption of Risk and Limited Release Agreement & Honor Code 

3) Item List

4) Special Event Promotion/Offer

5) Signed Vendor Agreement

6) Original GE License

7) Payment of Booth Fees

 

Booth Fee Schedule (Cash or Credit Card Payments Only)
Each booth includes a 6 foot table, 2 folding chairs and 2 vendor badges 6'x8' Booth Space
Deposit $25.00
First Booth $30.00
Second Booth $20.00
Third Booth $30.00
Late Fee Assessed, if application is complete after deadline $35.00
Additional Vendor $5.00
(1) Tablecloth Rental for 6 foot table, must be ordered by Nov. 3 $5.00
